1. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipping times vary based on your location:

  • AUS: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or high demand.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that link to follow your package’s journey.


3. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed, so changes (like size, color, or address) are usually not possible. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.


4. My order hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?

If your order seems delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.
  2. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days (USA) or 25 business days (International), feel free to contact us for help.


5. My item arrived damaged or with a print error. What now?

We’re so sorry! If your item arrived with a defect or printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

We'll work with you to resolve it quickly!


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We also do not offer a general return policy.

Please double-check product details before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, we’ll gladly replace it.
